Dinner prep

Kids asleep, I need one too, but not before the curry gets on its way.

Curry paste with galangal, lemon grass, turmeric, curry leaves and chilli and sugar cane juice.


I will use green jack fruit for the bulk (meat) and snake gourd and the star ingredient is fresh squeezed coconut milk which has such a nice fat layer of cream on top of want to eat it straight.
