Well my 2hrsish of prep last night paid off. We had steamed casava cakes cut into cubes with banana, roasted paw paw, mint and a drizzle of honey lime syrup. It was yummy, and filling but how long will it last, how quickly will we digest before hunger strikes again?
Next time I would omit the syrup it was a bit too sweet even though I only used a tsp of honey, the roasted paw paw is super sweet. And I would put carambola too, I think the crunch is needed.
