By 10 I was we'll and truly hungry again. It is amazing me how quickly my body is digesting this food. It's not like I eat a lot of processed for as it is, but I guess the cheese and cereal and milk and and and is all a lot more work for the body to digest and hence keeps us going for longer....but is that a good thing?
So greens and eggs it was for snack. And it was soooooo delicious.
Casava leaf, wing beans, kang kong and a splash of oil and salt, with poached eggs from the chooks.
